Most bed racks are powder-coated steel — one rock chip away from rusting through a Canadian winter. The Elite Series is 100% aluminum with stainless steel hardware, so there's nothing on it that can corrode.

Every component is aluminum — 5052 plate with 6063 load bars — finished in a durable 2-stage textured black powder coat. Every bolt, nut, and screw is stainless steel. Scratch it, chip it, drive it through a decade of road salt — it will not rust.

Before you order
Will it fit my truck?
Almost certainly. The Elite Series is width-adjustable and comes in three lengths, so it fits everything from a Ford Maverick to a Ram 3500. Use the truck selector at the top of this page — it picks the right length and mounting kit for you. If your truck isn't listed, contact us and we'll confirm fitment within one business day.
Do I have to drill into my truck?
Usually not. Toyota, Nissan, and Jeep trucks with factory accessory rails bolt straight on with the included hardware. For other trucks, choose no-drill clips for a clamp-on install, or use the included 3/8″ hardware with four drilled holes through the bed rail for the most rigid mount.
Can I run a tonneau cover with the rack?
Yes — that's one of the Elite Series' biggest advantages. It works with inside-mount covers that don't sit on top of the bed rail. The mounting brackets are 3/16″ thick, so confirm clearance under your cover's rails; minor trimming of the aluminum tonneau rails or plastic rail caps may be needed. For over-the-rail tri-fold covers, add our tri-fold bracket kit. We also make a dedicated T-slot tonneau mount version.
Will it hold my rooftop tent?
Yes. Evenly distributed capacity is 350 lb dynamic (driving) and 900 lb static (parked/camping), or your truck's OEM bed rail capacity, whichever is less. That covers virtually every rooftop tent on the market with occupants.
How long until it ships?

What's the warranty?
Every Elite Series rack is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. And because the structure is aluminum with stainless hardware, rust just isn't a concern.

Many racks in this price range sell the MOLLE panels separately — often adding hundreds of dollars to the real cost of a finished setup. With ORO, the price you see is the complete system.
Mounting hardware
Mounting hardware for factory accessory rails (Toyota, Nissan, Jeep Trail Rail) is included, matched to your truck. Where accessory rails don't exist, supplied bolts and lock nuts require 4 holes drilled through the bed rail — or no-drill clips are available separately for a clamp-on installation with zero drilling.

Tonneau cover compatibility
The Elite Series Bed Rack works with inside-mount tonneau covers that do not sit on top of the bed rail. Self-adhesive foam weatherstripping should be added between the bed rails and the tonneau rails to help seal the gap created by the rack brackets.
Our most recommended pairing is the Truxedo Pro X15 rollup cover.
Important: the mounting brackets are 3/16″ thick — ensure you have enough space to mount under your tonneau cover rails. Minor modifications may be required (trimming plastic rail caps, etc.).
