order placed. the customer service rep at oro racks took extra time to figure out that my problem wasn't just a rack but getting a rack and tonneau cover that worked together FAST. The rep went out of their way to source a tonneau cover that i don't think they normally supply, matching the cheapest price with pick up at their location within a week. And they were very efficient - In 5 rounds of online chat they solved my problem when no other supplier or combination of suppliers could.
