One rule covers every generation of Ford Ranger: 5-foot boxes take the 45-inch rack, 6-foot boxes take the 55-inch — and pre-2019 Rangers fit right alongside the new ones. The 2024+ Ranger, Ranger Raptor included, needs no additional mounting hardware on either system, as we provide what's needed to mount to Ford's recommended mounting point.
Go full-height Elite Series for rooftop tents and maximum storage, or 6-inch Bed Bars for a low-profile build that keeps your tonneau cover working. Every system is aluminum, rust-free, rated 350 lb dynamic / 900 lb static, and made in Canada.

Why aluminum
Rack structure is 5052 aluminum with 6063-T6 T-slot load bars and stainless hardware — no rust, ever, and the T-slots take standard accessory hardware along the full bar length. MOLLE panels included on Bed Bar V2 systems.

Will this fit my Ranger?
Every generation. The rule is simple: 5-foot boxes take the 45-inch rack, 6-foot boxes take the 55-inch. Pre-2019 Rangers with 6- or 7-foot boxes take the 55-inch rack.
Does it fit the 2024+ Ranger and Ranger Raptor?
Yes — the Ranger Raptor uses the same fitment as the standard 2024+ Ranger, and neither needs additional mounting hardware on any of our systems.
Does it work with my tonneau cover?
Yes in almost every case. The rack clamps to your bed rails and the cover's rails clamp over top — we recommend foam weatherstripping between them. T-slot covers like the BAK Revolver X4TS and Retrax XR bolt directly to the rack with included hardware. See our tonneau-compatible collection for the full matrix.
How much weight can a Ranger bed rack carry?
350 lb dynamic (driving) and 900 lb static (parked), evenly distributed — enough for a rooftop tent plus occupants at camp.
Do I need to drill my truck bed?
Not if your F-150 has factory bed rails — the rack clamps on. Beds without rails use bolt-through mounting or our no-drill clip kit.
Do you make a Ford Ranger roof rack?
We do — a modular aluminum roof rack built for the Ranger cab. Run it on its own or pair it with a bed rack for a full expedition setup.
